Vila Jasmim is a two floor house with an enclosed garden that can accommodate up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms. The outdoor space was designed to give our guests  different corners of social gathering or solitude. Apart from the parking space and the utility outdoor space, the property has a well loved garden with a lawn and a diverse collection of fruit and ornamental plants that thrive in a subtropical climate. Outside the kitchen there is a an eating area with a big table, a parasol and stunning views over the ocean. From the lounge you can access a covered veranda that works as an outdoor extra lounge in the shade when is too hot, or a winter garden for cooler weather. On the west side of the house there is a big patio with sofas and a parasol, surrounded by tropical plants which is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a drink and some nibbles! On the top floor there is a veranda along the front of the house with breath taking views, shared by the three bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is the entrance hall and staircase leading to a big lounge, dinning area and kitchen all in an open space with french doors overlooking to the garden. There is also an en-suite twin/double bedroom with direct access to the garden. At the back of the house there is an utility space with a washing machine and a space to hang your coats and leave your shoes and a toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One en-suite double room, one single room, another double room and a big bathroom. The house decor touches a bohemian hippy style with inherited old furniture mixed with modern design pieces and accessories. Art work, books and house plants provide a relaxed way of living where you can let go of tension and receive some inspiration.
