YOGA CLASSES

I offer private bespoke yoga classes at my house in Arundel or at your space if not too far away for me to drive there. One-to-one yoga tuition is the traditional way to learn yoga that will give you a therapeutic approach to this practice while you also learn about the philosophy that supports the practice of yoga and meditation.
